The more expensive home fetched for a whopping $47.3 million in cash. It sold to Randal Bellestri, an entrepreneur who cashed in on two companies in a $314 million deal with Hampson Industries in 2008.  The oceanfront manse touts 23,000 square feet of living space including five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a library and an office. It also has an outdoor pool and 275 feet of beach frontage.

The second sale commanded a slightly cheaper $42 million from an anonymous buyer. That estate encompasses a little more than three acres with a 15,800 square foot main house, a 1,900-square foot guest house, an infinity pool, a tennis court and 200 feet of ocean frontage on the premises. Reportedly the main house has a secret passageway between the master bedroom suite and the children’s wing.
